A Mercato has 2 shopping levels. Under cover parking is also available, and many services can be found in the basement lobbies.
Q What are Mercato operation timings?
A Mercato opens at 10:00 am until 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. Spinney Supermarket, VOX Cinemas and certain restaurants do open earlier and trade later. Mercato extends its operational timings during Public Holidays and tactical campaigns.
Q What are Mercato Management office timings?
A The management office operates from 9:30 am until 6:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday. Note: The management office is closed during Weekends & Public Holidays.

A Mercato offers free underground basement parking in addition to parking at the mall entrance.

A Mercato customer service acts as our representative for Lost and Found. If you have lost something you can approach the mall customer service desk situated at the malls main entrance or call us on telephone 04:3444-161.
Q Does Mercato sell gift vouchers?
A Gift vouchers are available from the customer service desk situated at the malls main entrance and are accepted by all of our retailers.

A Sharaf Exchange and UAE Exchange offer money exchange as well as remittances and Western union services.
Q Where can we load public card (NOL /Bus Card) transportation?
A This service is available at Sharaf Exchange from 10:00 AM till 9:30PM.
